Palumen designs and builds websites and software for concept brands. We work by hand, with attention to every detail, from the first sketch to launch day and beyond.
The name
Palumen comes from lumen, the unit that measures light. That is what we set out to do: put beautiful brands in sight, with websites that load quickly and look good on any screen.
Our light
The studio's identity comes from timeless light and materials: whitewashed walls, clay roof tiles, blue azulejos and the gold of late afternoon.
Lime
The white of whitewashed walls. The base of everything.
Tile
The orange of the rooftops. Our signature colour.
Azulejo
The blue of the tiles, in the technical details.

The gold of the evening light, for highlights.
How we think
Handmade
No off-the-shelf themes or page builders. Every website is designed and coded from scratch for the brand it belongs to.
Few things, done well
We prefer few animations, always the same curves and nothing in excess. What stays has to serve the visitor.
